Even though we elected to move forward, when the product didn’t work out, he stood behind his work and the team redid it (and quickly). I should have listened to him from the beginning! JWS Land just finished resetting a paver patio on a home we recently moved into. Justin was very thorough during the planning/quote phase of the project removing pavers in various places around the patio to minimize the chance of any unexpected surprises once the project began. He uncovered an old concrete slab that the pavers had been placed over and we were able to plan for its removal from the outset. Justin was accommodating with his scheduling to enable me to be able to perform some waterproofing work on the exposed portion of the house once the removal of the old patio was complete prior to returning for resetting. Justin and his team worked efficiently and cleaned up the work area upon completing the project. The patio looks great - would recommend!
